Bricktown Brewery - Fort Smith, AR.

After sustaining fire damage, the owners of the historic Adelaide Hall building, that housed Bricktown Brewery, reached out to Goodwin Engineering to provide civil engineering site design. Design plans are complete and construction is soon to begin.

Sherwin Williams - 7821 Phoenix Ave. Fort Smith, AR

Goodwin Engineering provided full scope engineering design services for the new Sherwin Williams on Phoenix Ave. in Fort Smith. This included regional detention pond design, and future planning for potential developments next-door.

Sherwin Williams - 2157 Butterfield Coach Rd.

Goodwin Engineering provided full scope engineering design services for the new Sherwin Williams on Butterfield Coach Rd. in Springdale. This included coordination within Walmart restrictive covenants and coordination with the City of Springdale.

Breeden Dodge Parking Expansion - 5900 Highway 71S Fort Smith, AR

Goodwin Engineering coordinated all site design and improvement permitting for the Breeden Dodge parking expansion project in 2024.


Ajax’s Agora - Intersection of Roger’s Ave. and S 87th St in Fort Smith, AR

Goodwin Engineering is currently finalizing design plans for the Ajax’s Agora development in Fort Smith. This includes water, sewer, storm drainage, parking lot, and retaining wall construction
